On Friday, June 8, 2018 at 4.30 PM,
WCHE 1520 AM Radio Station had a talk show with a local author,
Fida Abbott.
Kyle Hudson (producer/host) who leads the World's Finest show program, Karie (co-host), and Rae (co-host) interviewed
Fida about her upcoming published book, her journey to become a local author till she got an interview in their radio station and how the readers' responses had influenced her writing journey.
As the book will be published soon, Fida explained that she was going to have a book launch party, held on August 4, 2018. In that event, besides the guests will be entertained by live music, there will be door prizes, book signing opportunity, and a silent auction. The silent auction will present a basket filled with Fida's books, Indonesian products, and other things that relevant to the stories she wrote in her books. All profit from this silent auction will benefit the
Episcopal Church of the Trinity in Coatesville, PA that is having many renovations and is going to celebrate 150 years of Anniversary in the next couple months.
