I didn’t know what to expect from this novel book when I first bought it. I enjoyed how she narrated part of her life to pursue her ambition as a published author with English as her second language. She made her simple life interesting and she remembered every detail in her life. She could blend the story of the past, present and her dream for the future well in her novel. She valued family, relatives and friends and they became part of this novel. This novel can be good resources for writers to be. She shared her ideas and marketing efforts that I find it brilliant. She used her blog as a marketing tool and to connect with as many people as possible. She learned from the great writers, valued people’s feedback and her marketing mission is “spread the word”, to let more people know about her work.
